Game Day!

Well, it's officially Fall...  College Football is underway.  Yep, it's Game Day!  And we Love our Cougars down here in Utah County :)  And other places too.  Our little family all got T-shirts this year, so we could support the Cougars.  I've only got a picture of the girls right now, but when mommy and daddy are done working in our basement grubies, we'll have to put ours on too.  Go BYU Cougars!

So, my sister Jen, lent me this awesome ride for two.  The girls love to be in it together.  I take them for walks around the neighborhood.  Two days ago, when this was taken we walked down the the park in our neighborhood.  It was too hot to go down the slide, but Bree climbed all over the toys, and rode on the swings.  Little Elle will have to get a bit bigger, before she can join in.  I can see it in her eyes, that Elle just can't wait until she's up and running along with her big sister. 

Moving back in some...

Well, we've moved our bedrooms and the kitchen back in.  I guess the bare necessities!  We just got our new kitchen table.  I love it.  I can't believe how well it goes with my china hutch.  The girls are sharing a room.  And Chris has started demo on the basement, so we can get our new floors installed soon I hope.  Our table has two leafs and when extended in 9&1/2 feet long.  It's big, but I love it!  Chris finally rented a big power tool from Home Depot to get the job done faster!  That old tile, was giving us grief!    

Our Home

Well, I thought I would document the journey we are going through in remodeling our house and moving back home to Lehi.  It's going to be a little longer Journey than we had thought at first.  Isn't that always how things go.  You start a project, and it always seems to take longer than you plan on, or think it will.  It seems to involve more effort too.  The pictures show us Camping out in our own house, so that we could paint, even though we're not moved in.  Our painted family room...Yeah, Orange!!  And our front yard in the aftermath of the drainage system. :)

Bree loved all the rides.  She's crazy.  She was sad when she couldn't ride some of the bigger stuff because she was too small.

Reunion Weekend

This weekend was a busy and fun one!  Our Belnap family reunion.  Our family is big into family records, etc.. and is very organized, and we try and get together every couple to few years.  This year was Lagoon.  Friday night some of us had a BBQ at Cords new house and then Lagoon on Saturday with the huge reunion.  It was so fun to see all my cousins, and their children!  I have so many pictures, so if anyone would like some, just let me know, and I can email them to you.  In fact, I'll probably send some to everyone.  It's off to Lehi for a few days to paint my house, so I'll see you when I get back!  Ta Ta for now :)

Dinosaur Park

So, Thursday, we went to Ogden's Dinosaur Park with my Brother, Sister-in-law, and Bree's Cousin Kayla.  I think it was one of the hottest days of the year!  Well it felt like it anyway.  Afterward, we went up the canyon to the Oaks and ate dinner by the river.  I think Bree and Elle had lots of fun :)

Summer Fun!

We went to the Splash Pad the other day with my sister and her kids.  The kids had so much fun.  And who can complain when it's free at the park.  I think every town needs one of these things!  Then when it's so hot, all the kids can go get cooled off, and have lots of fun doing it.
