The Bachelorette

I hope I spelled Bachelorette right?  It's not even in my spell check?  How weird is that?  Anyway, last night I was watching the show I had taped from Monday night.  Those people are crazy!!  And as they were all taking off their shirts and swimming in the pool, I thought......man, NONE of those guys have anything on my husband!  He's totally handsome, and so awesome!  I am reminded everyday, just how lucky and blessed I am, to have found such a wonderful guy :)  So, to my Best Friend, and True LOVE, I say....You're all I'll ever need, and 10 times more!!!  Yeah!

The 2009 McClellan Family Reunion

Today we went to a Reunion on my Mom's side of the family.  McClellan is actually my mother's grandma.  My mother has been collecting all kinds of information from all of the families, pictures, stories, etc... and compiling a book.  A Family History Book.  She brought a copy to the Reunion, and we were all able to preview it, so that she can take orders.  I can't believe how much work my mom had put into it.  It's a total treasure, and I may just have to order more than one.  My girls should have a copy of this wonderful Book.

Here are the Family Pictures we took at the Reunion today.  Each family is grouped by which brother or sister they came from.
There are 5 siblings in my mom's family.  Here she is with 3 of them, and her mom.  My Mom's brother Robert, Sister Shelly, Mom, her brother Cory, her Mom, Grandma Perkins, and Grandma's sister.  So this picture has most of my mom's immediate family...one of her brothers, and her Father have passed.
Another Family....
And Another Family.... Of course many people couldn't make it, so this group looks small, but at least we had some :)
My cousin Jenny, her husband, and Son.
And the LeOra Family..... my family :)
Elle and Chris :)
Here we are!  Bree took this picture!
Bree!
Dad, Mom, Jennifer, and Aunt Shelly, are looking at the Family History Book my mom has made.  The family owned a Bakery back in the day right here in Payson.  There were old Recipes from the bakery in their original hand writing in the book.  The buildings are still here.  Mom put together a map so that we could go look at the houses my grandma lived in, the bakery, and all of the graves of our family at the Payson Cemetery.
Chris on the POGO!
Mom on the POGO!!  I can't believe how good she was.  She said she grew up on Pogo's and Stilts :)  Amazing :)
My cousin Heather, My sister-in-law Adelle, and my niece Natalie.
Running back from the playground, are Bree, Aleigha, Bronson, and Libby :)
Bree is still running!!
What a day this has been.  I hope I can work on some of Chris' side of the Family History.  They really need some help.  I guess I need to get some help from the "PRO", my Mom!  She's a great example!!

Summer is here

I just LOVE summer!  We get to go outside everyday and play in the backyard, ride bikes, go for walks, go to the park, etc.. etc..  Today we put Bree's bike helmet and elbow pads on for the first time.  We have the perfect driveway for riding bikes.  It stinks to shovel in the winter, but we sure do love it in the summer!  Not only do we have the driveway, but then there's all the RV parking as well.  It's a childs dream :)  Now we just need some roller skates!

We're counting down the days....6 more....until our next camping trip!  Can't wait!
Bree loves flowers.  She has to pick at least one, every time we're outside.  Ahhhh, Summer!!!

Bree's final Dance Recital of 2009

Saturday night was Bree's 2nd Dance Recital.  I'm sure there will be many more to come.  She's done for summer break, and then they start up again in September.  I know she'll miss it this summer.
Grandma and Grandpa Belnap came down to see her dance.  We had a nice lunch, and then went to the recital.
Grandpa and Elle are reading the program.
Our little family!  We love to support our Bree.
Bree found her friend Cody backstage, and they held hands and played for a little while.
Bree is my sweet girl!
Bree and Cody :)
Waiting to go on!
Their first song was "That doggy in the Window".

She didn't miss a step.  Bree always knows the whole dance.

Backstage again...waiting for our final dance.
"Mickey Mouse's Birthday Party"  was their last dance.
And when she was done, she won a medal for her dance performance this year.
She LOVES the thought that she won a medal.  If it's not too trashed after she plays with it for a while, and even if it is... I think Mom will put it away and save it for her, so that someday, she can look back and see what fun things she did!  We love you Bree!!

Eagles Concert

Tonight Chris and I went to the Eagles Concert at Rio Tinto Stadium.  It Rocked!  I can't believe the harmony's and Guitars.  It's so much more fun to see someone play in person.  Two of Chris' nephews and his brother were also there sitting somewhere else in the stadium.

I swear every time Joe Walsh came out to play a song, he had a new guitar in his hand.  I kept telling Chris to look at his guitar.  One of the guitars even looked like Stainless Steel.  Another was a Mosaic Pearl, etc.. etc..  He can really play!!!  It was one of the best concerts I've ever been too :)

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day this year, I wanted to surprise my mom with a little something special.  So we got matching outfits for the grandkids, and got them all together for pictures.  Because my mom is into Genealogy etc.. I thought this would be a fun idea, because it's a little bit of history. I just hope my Mom doesn't look at my blog before tomorrow!  :)

There are 8 Grandkids so far.....and here they are.
I added some pics of my children, so that I could share them with you.  I just LOVE how they turned out.  Adelle's sister Jen, who is a photographer, took the pictures for us.  She was so patient, and did a really great job!

And this is what we came up with for my Mom's gift.  Adelle and I put this collage together, of the group shot, along with a few pictures of all the kids.  I really love the way this turned out, and we framed it for her too.  We liked it so much, that we printed one for each Mom.
Happy Mother's Day MOM!!!  I hope you like it :)
