Cream of Chicken Soup
Boil together:
4 Chicken Breasts 1 med. Onion
2 Cups Carrots Chopped 2 Cups Celery
4 Cans Chicken Broth
Cook Chicken in Broth with Onion, Carrots, and Celery
Aprox. (30min.) Then, cube the chicken and return to the pot.
In a large pan melt 1lb. (4cubes) Margarine. Then add 1 cup of
flour to thicken. Then add 1 pint of half and half and stir until
it thickens.
Add this to the broth and Chicken mixture. Stir, add 4 shakes
of pepper. Then add two cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, and one
can of milk.

No Problem! But I have a disclaimer -- if you DIE from this fattening/delicious soup...or have a HEART ATTACK -- sorry! At least you enjoyed it while you ate it! :-)

Wonderfully yummy soup! The party was awesome and the soup 'to die' for...I'm saving the portion I got to take home for my lunch tomorrow after church.
Oh, only a pound of butter eh? That's not too bad... :) At least it tastes good right???
