The best Husband

I just have to tell you what a wonderful husband I have.  I've been sick with coughs and a cold since the week before we went to Arches.  I've shared these wonderful things with my girls as well.  I really hope we can all get better soon.  Even Chris has had some of this yucky stuff.  But this weekend, it really hit me hard.  I've been so super tired.

Today Chris was so sweet.  He got up and made an incredible breakfast and did all the dishes. Oh yeah, I can't forget that I crawled back into bed today and slept for two hours while Chris played with the girls.  Then I made some home made soup for dinner.  And again, he put the left overs in the fridge, everything in the dishwasher, started it, and washed all the pots etc..   He is so good to me!!!  I really needed the rest.

This picture is old, but I love it.  Just a few months after we got married, my brother followed. This picture was taken at my brothers wedding at the SLC Temple.  I'm so glad Chris and I have been married in the Temple!  I can't imagine life without him :)

Chris really is so good to you. He is such a good helper. :)

I was super sick this weekend too. Cord gave me a massage, watched the girls while I laid around all day, he and Libby got me a slurpee, and he went to get me some fried rice for dinner because that is all I could think about eating! Isn't it nice to have boys around to take care of us!!!

Husbands are wonderful!!

Thanks so much for your insight on my blog. You are a wise gal-it is funny because I always tell Darin the same thing about dying in childbirth on the plains if I was a pioneer:)

I am just so happy we reconnected!! It has been so fun to keep in touch:) By the way-your girls are so dang cute. It would be nice for Spencer and Landon to meet the girls in say....20 years or so....He He He:) (well, hopefully sooner than that actually:)

I know exactly how you feel. Drew is awesome when I am sick. Chris is a sweetie- but since he's so quiet I don't really know his true personality! ha ha! Good for us wives to marry such awesome men! I love the picture of you guys btw. Chris looks so young. It must be the grey in his hair. Don't tell him I said that!

that is a great guy! Aaron is great at feeding and entertaing everyone when I am ill. It's just that when I'm better I have a kitchen of dishes to clean and a house of toys. Well, I hope you are all feeling better now.
