Bree: Mom, can we talk about Jesus?
Mom: Sure
Bree: Mom, Jesus made our bodies.
Mom: Really, what else did he create?
Bree: He created the animals too.
Mom: He created the Land and Sea, the Day and Night, the Trees, and all of the animals etc etc..
Bree: He created Easter Eggs, and Easter too!
Mom: Well, we celebrate Easter because that is the day Jesus was resurrected.
We talked about where does Jesus live? And some other things. Then Bree sang I am a Child of God to me. About three times :)
Bree: Mom, lets talk about Jesus some more :)
I'm so glad she has been listening in our Primary Class. I can really see how teaching little children does affect them. And that they really learn a lot, even though you don't really know if while they are jumping out of their seats, and playing with the person next to them, they are listening to anything you say! I'm so happy that Bree LOVES Jesus!! And she loves to go to church every Sunday. It's definitely different having her in Primary, versus, Nursery.

Oh yeah, they listen. It is amazing the things they hear when you don't know that they are listening. All your hard work does pay off. You and Chris deserve a nice reward for all your work with the Sunbeams!!! Bree is a sweetie.
I can just hear Bree speaking during that conversation...I want to give her a hug and kiss. What a precious child.
It is amazing what you don't think they hear. I am teachign primary for the second year, and just when I don't think the kids are listening, they say something so precious!! Love, love, love it!!!!
