Girls Day Out :)

Today we had some girl fun.  My sister Jen called, and the girls and I met her in SLC at the Gateway.  We had Ben and Jerry's, went to Build a Bear, ate dinner, played in the fountains, and Shopped until we dropped :)  It was a really fun time.

Bree picked out a Black Bear at the Build a Bear workshop.  She dressed it in a Pink Princess dress and named her Princess Aurora!  She got 4 other outfits, including a swim suit, with beach ball, sunglasses, swim goggles, flip flops, a lounge chair, etc..  And then a whole lot of other things as well. Because her birthday is coming up, her Bear also sings a Birthday song as well.  As we were walking away from the store, Bree told us how much fun she had just had building her Bear, and how much she liked it.  I'm so glad she had so much fun!

I bought the girls some clothes at Old Navy.  And it's a good thing too.  The very last thing we did was play in the fountains, and by the time we got to the car, Bree was freezing!  So, we pulled out some Jeans and a T-shirt, and dressed her all over again for the ride home :)

And I bought myself something at the BRIGHTON Store of course :)  My favorite!!

As you can see, we had a lot of fun, just us girls today!  Elle held her first Ice Cream cone alone. She ate French Fries, and ran through the fountains as well.  Aunt Jennifer did a little shopping of her own.  We had a great time.  I'm glad we were able to just go and play for a day.  I didn't have a camera, so no pictures.  I know, not like me.  But who takes their camera to the Mall? The weather was perfect....NO RAIN!!  And fun was had by all.

That sounds like fun! It was a nice day for shopping and being out and about. Girls days are great.

Yes...it was definitely fun. I needed a little R&R and I'm so glad you were able to meet me after work. It was wonderful to spend time with my two cute little neices. I loved how in every store I was in I could here this little voice 'Aunt Jennifer, where are you?' Thanks for a great time.
