Time to Celebrate!

Tonight we celebrated Elle's Birthday! This coming wednesday, December 1st, she will be 3 years old :) I can't believe it was 3 years ago that I had a baby. Time goes by so very fast. Oh boy did we party tonight. We invited the grandparents. We ate Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and of Course had Cake and Ice Cream.

When it was time to open presents....Elle got very excited. For the past two days I've been telling her that it's her Birthday, and singing Happy Birthday at night while rocking her to sleep. I seriously don't think she had a clue. Today after church, we put her down for a nap. When she woke up, there were balloons and presents, and she saw the cake. "Oh wow, what's that?" she said. And I told her it was time for her Birthday party. I could see it register for real now. She knew we were going to have some fun!

Grandpa picked out the cutest piano. It plays all sorts of songs, and has so many different things to do. Even a microphone to record your voice. We're going to have a lot of fun with it! Grandma Jorgensen sent some presents home with us after our Thanksgiving last night. One of Elle's favorite, were 4 pair of princess dress up shoes. Elle LOVES shoes!!!
Mom and Dad bought Elle her very own Roller coaster! Oh man, the girls have ridden it for 3 hours straight. I couldn't even get them off to eat their cake and Ice Cream. Too much fun! What Jen and I would have given to have one of these in our backyard when we were young. We tried several times to build our own. But it was never this good :) So this reminds me of you J.

Elle loved blowing out her Candle! She is such a sweet little girl. I LOVE her so much!!! I love her talking and being so excited about things. I was meant to have these two beautiful little girls in my life. I'm so glad they're mine :) Happy Birthday Elle.
Look how excited Bree is for her sister!

That brings back so many memories. I was laughing when I read this. How many times did we try to build a roller coaster in our backyard? We were gonna get rich selling tickets, remember? That looks so fun. We'll have to come visit to see it. Happy Birthday Elle! Looks like you had a great party.
