Chris' Birthday

Chris' birthday is on Sunday the 12th! But today we celebrated. Not the usual guy birthday, but when you live in a house full of girls, this is what the day looks like :)

First we went to the movies. We saw Tangled! It was way better than I thought it would be! Chris even loved it. I highly recommend seeing it if you haven't!

Next, we headed to the Mall. We were going to see Santa and tell him what we wanted for Christmas. As you can see, the girls were nervous. I wasn't even sure if it would happen. And our picture with Santa, says it all. But it's all about the memories right? And Bree did end up having a long conversation with Santa, and telling him exactly what she wanted for Christmas! It was priceless!

Yeah....we're having fun! ha..ha.. ha...
After santa, we headed to the Mall Playground, for a little fun!

It's amazing what a few quarters can get you..... RIDES!
On our way home, we picked up some Olive Garden! Our whole families favorite!!! The girls weren't going to make it sitting still in a restaurant by this time! YUM!! And then we gave Daddy his present. A TRAIN!! It's awesome. This train has so many lights, sounds, and songs. I think it was a fun surprise.

Our little conductor Elle wouldn't give up the controls, until it was time for bed. That's the only way sister could get her turn :) We're glad that Daddy loves spending time with us girls. Especially on his Birthday! Happy Birthday Chris! We love you :)

We had the same experience with Tangled. We didn't think that it would be any good, but there weren't any other movies to watch. We were pleasantly surprised! Mark liked it because it was so much like the old Disney movies that they used to make, like Beauty and the Beast-ish.

Sounds like a fun day. I too thought Tangled was darling. The kids all seemed to like it as well. Did Chris get a chance to play with the train? :) It looks like it will be a hot item around the house.

See you tonight...
