Summer at Last!

Friday was Bree's last day of School. I can't believe Kindergarten is over!! It went by so fast. At least it did for me. I don't want Bree to grow up anymore :) She has loved every minute of school. She can't wait to get there everyday. She had the best teacher, (Mrs. Hardy), and tons of friends :) She wanted to go to every school activity, ran the 1k by herself, and I found out that on field day, she went in the dunk tank, and she doesn't even know how to swim, or put her head under water yet. Ok, that freaked me out a little, so it's a good think I didn't know until after. She said they pulled them out really quick. I'm not even sure she actually went all the way under. Anyway, when we got to school friday, some of the mom's had camera's, and I just happened to have one that I carry in my purse. Thank goodness, or I would have missed taking these pictures of some of her class mates and Bree before they went in their class room for the last time this year. So cute!!

When I went to pick her up, the whole school was outside saying the pledge to the flag and taking it down for the last time. I have to say, I was holding back the tears. But when we got home, I lost it. Well, when Bree asked me to read a note I had written to her in her "All about me, Bree Jorgensen", Kindergarten year book, I let it all out. My baby is growing up, and I am so proud of her!!

Her elementary school printed actual Year Books. I'm telling you, this book is better than my Jr. High Year Book! Super glad I ordered one for her :) It's only going to happen once in her life right?! So she has a couple of books to remember her Kindergarten year by. All I can say is Yea Bree!!!! I Love you more than you know. I am so proud of you! And it's summer at last :)

I teared up when I got the letter in the mail that said who lib's teacher will be next year and that she has afternoon kindergarten. Seriously. I am in TROUBLE.

Bree is darling. They grow up way too fast.

Don't you just love the year books? So fun! Just last night I was cuddling with Aleigha and she said, 'You wish I was still a baby, huh?' Yep...of course. But it's fun to have them grow-up, too. Bree is gonna love 1st grade, and so will you.
