I have to admit, that I have not been the best housekeeper lately. Wouldn't it be fun to have a maid? Of course, then there is that satisfaction of cleaning something and having it look really good! My house needs a good spring cleaning from top to bottom. So, I guess I should work on that.
Ruby will be here in 3 months! And with the holidays coming, it's going to be so much fun. Up until now, the girls have had their own rooms. So we were going to have Ruby share with us for a little while. Our girls aren't big enough to move down to the basement bedrooms. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that we really needed a room for the baby. So we looked around, and found the most awesome furniture for the girls, so that they could share Bree's room! I just can't tell you how awesome it is. Friday night, we cleaned out Bree's room, and Chris even cleaned the carpets with our carpet cleaner. Then, we spent our entire day yesterday picking up the new furniture, bringing it home, and putting it together.
The girls couldn't wait to go to bed last night! Now that's a first. And I'm sure it won't last long. But I'm really excited, because we can now put up the crib, and get Elle's old room ready for Ruby! She'll even have her own dresser. Yay! We missed out on an awesome vacation this week with my family, but I think we got something even more amazing done.

Now that looks just like a magazine! Wow!!!! So stinking cute. They will have lots of nights where they sit and giggle, but it will be worth it.
So cute Brighton! A little girl's heaven. Maybe they will be little stinkers like we were, and stay-up all night. Jumping from bed to bed, laughing with their faces in the pillows so you don't know. he...he.
