Easter

Easter was fun this year as always.  It is Bree's favorite Holiday.  We decorated the house with a few items, a little easter Tree, some window clings, some bunnies, etc...

And I made the girls some Easter Pillowcases.  I've had a pattern for a while, and thought it would be fun to find some holiday fabric and do it.  They turned out really cute, and I got to be crafty :)

I think Easter felt very relaxed and I had a lot of fun with it this year.  We colored eggs, and did all of those little Easter traditions.

This picture makes me smile.  Three girls, and three Easter baskets.

Ruby's first Easter!  The bunny she got in her basket, is almost as big as she is :)

On Easter Sunday, we went over to my mom's for dinner and a little egg hunt.  One of my brothers was out of town, but everyone else made it.  Here is a picture of my mom with all of the grandkids, except for Kayla.  So fun!

In my family, we've had 3 babies in the past year.  My sister Camber and 10 month old Ryden.  Me and 6 month old Ruby, and my sister in law Adelle and 1 month old Oliver.  I love this picture.  I love our babies and my sisters!!

Our Easter Sunday family picture.  Gotta love the tripod and timer!

My first Panarama Picture!

I just took my first Panarama Shot with my new Camera.
My backyard looks pretty bare right now, but once the trees fill out and leaves are everywhere, you can't see any of the neighbors and it's so secluded.  I'll have to do another Panaramic Shot then....

My new Toy!

The other day, Chris bought me a new toy.  The Nikon Coolpix P510!

We did a lot of research, and this is one awesome camera.  I'm not really willing to spend thousands on the D5100 or 7100.  Maybe if taking pictures were my profession.  The lenses for those cameras cost a grundle.  I'm telling you friends, this is the next best thing.

This camera has Gps, so it will tell you where you were at, when you took the picture.  It has a wider lens, so you don't have to stand back so far and you can fit more into your frame.  Infact, I can get most of my backyard in one photo now.  Amazing!  The Zoom is insane!!!  16 megapixles, and full HD video.  Now this is my camera and video camera all in one.  I don't need 2 cameras, or little tapes anymore.  You can take up to 5 pictures per second.  And you can take 3 pictures, that it will put into one panoramic photo.  There are so many more features, that it makes my head swim.

So have I done a good job selling this camera to you yet?  ha..ha..  I LOVE it!!
Can't wait to take this baby on vacation with me in a couple of weeks.  Spring break here we come!

My Aunts Cabin in February

Back in February, we were able to go back up to my Aunts Cabin for a few days.  This is the second year in a row that we've done this.  We took a few people from Chris' side of the family with us again.  I know they are hoping, that we can make this a yearly tradition.  And I hope so too.

We have a couple of little old snowmobiles, that we didn't pay much for.  It's just a fun way to get out and play in the snow.  And maybe someday, Chris can get something super amazing again, like he used to have.  But for now, these are fun little things, and very family friendly :)  And with the huge winter we had this year, we sure have gotten our money's worth!  I think we rode them at least 5 or 6 times right in our own backyard.  We really have had an amazing, fun, winter!

Our little family...

Grandma Bump Bump, and Ruby...

Pulling the girls in the sled, out in the field...

Chris and Elle coming back from a ride...

Good food, and good conversation....

Bree and I went on a ride on some high roads....

Love these people....

The only way in and out is by snowmobile...

Thank goodness for a warm fire...

Ruby got to ride....  Just in to the cabin and back out.  She wasn't too fond of her snowsuit.

There were plenty of games to be played....

Ruby and her best friend...

I even let the girls push the throttle.  They thought it was awesome, until their little thumbs got tired...

My sweet Bree who loves Pandas and Dogs....

My snuggly Elle....

We really did have an amazing time, and I didn't want to miss posting some of our little trip....
