Elle's Birthday Party

Well, our theme for Elle's 1st Birthday Party, was Ducky!  Little Ducky everything!

Elle was so cute opening her presents, once she was able to wrestle them away from Bree :)

After she was done opening them, we all posed for a picture.  We only invited our Grand parents.  It was a small, but really fun party, with a Roast dinner, and of course, Cake and Ice Cream.
Here's Elle, playing with the little Ducky game I actually bought for Bree to play with her Grandma's.
Of  Course, Elle got her own little cake, that she totally demolished!  Cake was everywhere.  We had to tear apart the Highchair, and put Elle in the Bath!

Considering, Elle doesn't have ANY teeth yet, and hasn't eaten much food other than baby food, I think she enjoyed her cake!
Elle with Grandma and Grandpa Belnap!
Happy Birthday Tomorrow, December 1st, My little Elle Lovebug!!

Happy Birthday Elle...my sweet niece! What a fun party. Our kids love the duck game and finding all the ducks of the color they are assigned. Warning...listening to the song over and over is horrendous. We put duck tape over the speaker on the bottom and it's so much better. How fun!

I love the way she has her legs crossed as she opens her gifts. :-)

Just noticed that I put 'duck tape' instead of 'duct tape' in my previous comment. I was laughing so hard I cried. I'm sure I was thinking about the whole duck theme when I wrote it. (he...he)

I just adore duckies. I can't believe she was just this cute little baby I was begging to hold at Lagoon and now she's one. Great job mom & dad...Keep up the great work. Oh, and yes you are always welcome to come visit. Flagstaff is beautiful & the Grand Canyon cannot be described in words. It would be fun to have you.-Natalie
