Happy New Year!

This is probably the quietest New Years Eve I've ever spent.  Tonight the girls are asleep in their beds, and Chris and I are just working on a puzzle, snacking, and waiting for the Ball to drop oh, I guess in a little over 15 minutes.

But earlier today, Chris and I took Bree to Soldier Hollow, where they held some of the Cross Country Ski, and other events at the 2002 Olympics.  My family was lucky enough to go to some of the Olympic events one day at Soldier Hollow during the Olympics.  It was pretty cool to see it in person.  They have a really awesome Tubing Park now.  So for New Years Eve afternoon, we went tubing.  Bree just loved it.  Every time we got to the bottom, she begged to go back again, and again.

Chris and Bree were picking out the perfect tubes for us :)

Riding up the tow rope.  At least we don't have to climb the mountain every time.

Chris and Bree coming down.  I went first, so I could try and get a picture of them coming down.

Riding down!  Snow would fly into our faces, because we were going pretty fast.  It didn't seem to bother Bree any, she just kept asking for more.

Wow, the 2 hours went by fast, but I think we've had enough :)
Daddy carrying Bree back to the car.  I lOVE pictures like this!!
Happy New Years everyone!!

Oh my gosh...that looks so fun!! I would love that soo much. We went tubing all the time as a kid. My uncle worked at John Deere and would bring us the huge innertubes from tractor tires and we would pump them up at the gas station. We would get a ton of us all on one tube and fly down the hill....fun times!
