San Francisco

So at Chris' work, they are the only Branch/Office in Utah.  His Company is based out of California.  The Company, decided to send everyone at the Utah office, to San Francisco overnight for the work Christmas Party!  They paid everyones Air fair, and Hotel and this included spouses too.   The first thing we saw on our way from the Airport to the Hotel, was a Hotel called the UTAH :)

This is one of the old cars we rode from our Hotel to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Warf.
A Huge Tree decorated for Christmas and the first thing you see at Pier 39!

We found the best Italian Restaurant on Pier 39, up on the second deck, overlooking the Bay, and the City.  We sat right by the window and had the most amazing views while eating our lunch.

Chris with Alcatraz Island behind him.
Alcatraz!!

Fisherman's Warf :)

The Golden Gate Bridge.  As we were waiting in line to ride a Cable Car back to the Hotel, we had great views of the bridge.
Riding the Cable Car.  Here comes another one towards us too.  We're going up, and they are coming down.
Top of Lombard Street.  The curviest street in the world.  Wish you could have seen it from the bottom, but we decided not to get off the Cable Car.  We had a Christmas party to get to.
Another Cable Car passing by, as we walk the 4 blocks to the Hotel.
Chris and I all dressed up at the Party.  It was very fancy.  An hour of Pre-dinner delights, snacks and music, followed by a three course dinner, and then desert, dancing and prizes.  Chris won an Ipod Shuffle :)
This Tree and Courtyard, were right across the street from our Hotel.  The Omni San Francisco. We could also see this from our Room on the 12th floor.  Very Posh!!
A view from up the street too.
It was a great little get away.  We missed the girls, and bought them tons of stuff!  Thanks MOM for watching the girls, and cleaning my Microwave :)  The trip was awesome, but it's hard to leave my little ones so close to Christmas!  I'm glad we're home, and Christmas is in three days!  Can't wait!!

How weird is it to see pictures of Christmas trees in a city with no snow. Just feels so weird when you are used to snow! My favorite picture is the one of you and Chris all dressed-up. Good looking! When I read that you bought the girls a bunch of stuff I thought, 'Imagine that...B-mo buying stuff for the girls.' (he..he) Glad you had a great time on your trip. Can't wait to see you guys on Thursday.

Dang. Too bad Zions is in Utah. We probably won't be going to CA for a Christmas party. Looks like such a great time!
