I Love You So

I Snagged this from my friend Wendi's blog!  I think it's great :)

I Love You So.... by Marianne Richmond

I love you

How much?

SO Much

How much is 'so'

WAY, WAY more than you know.....

I love you as brilliant

as each sparkling star,

and as way out as space,

I love you that far

I love you as gigantic

as a great lion's roar,

and as deep as the ocean,

I love you much more.

That is a lot, you say

but how did it start?

Where did love come from

to be in your heart?

You put it there, really,

when you and I met.

And I knew for certain

without you I'd fret.

From my head to my toes,

I was feeling inside

a devotion for you

so deep and so wide.

And now it's enormous

and wonderfully real

and hard to describe

how much I feel.

I love you as awesome

as a thundery sky,

and as soaring as mountains

I love you that high.

I love you as silly

as a puppy dog's kiss

and as quiet as midnight

I love you like this.

Do you love me every day

you ask with doubting awe,

or does love go up 'n down

like teetering see-saw?

I love you as steady

as the earth rounds the sun,

though some days of life

are farthest from fun.

Like when you feel mad

you ask with distress,

cause I've broken the rules

or made a big mess?

Or when I'm unkind

and your feelings are blue,

do you love me although

I do what I do?

I love you being nice,

and when you're cranky, too.

I love you without liking

the naughty things you do.

My 'love you' doesn't change

like the temper of the days.

It's a certain kind of thing

in many different ways.

You're my sweetie,my dear,

my smile and laughter.

you're my playmate for always

and my joy ever after.

Hanging out with you

is where I want to be...

eating ice cream sundaes

or watching the TV.

Under your umbrella,

behind you on a bike.

By you and beside you

is what I really like.

Do you love me just as much

when I'm far away from home?

Is your loving still the same

in distant lands I roam?

I love you near or fare.

I love you high or low.

My love is there with you

Wherever you may go.

Even when I'm sick...

and I can't get out of bed?

Do you love me better healthy

than with fever in my head?

I love you sick or able.

You're always you to me,

the one I love forevermore.

Undeniably.

I can't imagine life

before you came along...

me there singing senseless,

no meaning to my song.

Call it meant to be

or simple blessed fate,

you filled my heart with love...

and for that I celebrate.

I love you

How much?

So much.

How much is 'so'?

Way, way more than you know.

Up Early :)

As most of you know, I am NOT a morning person.  I love to sleep in.  And I never get up, until the kids wake me.  But, this morning, I got up when Chris kissed me goodbye at 6:15am.  Yeah, I know, not like me.  But I've been wanting to find some time to exercise, and when you have small kids, it's almost impossible!  So I got up, and stepped on the Elliptical for 20 minutes! Ok, not so long, but it's a start :)  And then, I looked out the window, and the sun was coming up, and thought I might take a few pictures.  So out on the porch I went.

Here are some beads of dew on the grass!
This Tree across the street caught my eye!
Some sun, peaking through this Tree.
And more wet Grass!
Amazing how beautiful it was outside this morning!  I really need to keep this up!  Especially the exercise :)  he..he..

Lets talk about Jesus

Yesterday, I was feeding Elle, and trying to get her to stay on my lap, so she wouldn't carry her bottle all over the house.  So I was singing "I am a child of God" to her.  Bree heard me, and came into the bedroom.

Bree:  Mom, can we talk about Jesus?
Mom: Sure
Bree: Mom, Jesus made our bodies.
Mom: Really, what else did he create?
Bree: He created the animals too.
Mom: He created the Land and Sea, the Day and Night, the Trees, and all of the animals etc etc..
Bree:  He created Easter Eggs, and Easter too!
Mom: Well, we celebrate Easter because that is the day Jesus was resurrected.

We talked about where does Jesus live?  And some other things.  Then Bree sang I am a Child of God to me.  About three times :)

Bree:  Mom, lets talk about Jesus some more :)

I'm so glad she has been listening in our Primary Class.  I can really see how teaching little children does affect them.  And that they really learn a lot, even though you don't really know if while they are jumping out of their seats, and playing with the person next to them, they are listening to anything you say!  I'm so happy that Bree LOVES Jesus!!  And she loves to go to church every Sunday.  It's definitely different having her in Primary, versus, Nursery.

This week

Here are a few of the things we did this week.  One of the days this week, we drove up to SLC to take Daddy his wallet that he had left at home, and some lunch.  At least it gave us something to do, and we got to see Chris too!  And in this picture....The girls and I are out on the front porch.  Just having fun with the camera.
As many of you know, dressing my little ones, is one of my hobbies.  I just can't help it.  There are so many cute clothes out there for little girls :)
One day this week, while Bree was out in the yard with Chris, she came to the back door with flowers for Mommy.  Well, I found a really tiny vase, and put them in it.  She was so happy to do something sweet for me :)  She is always telling me that she loves me.  Of course I am always telling her the same thing about loving her!!!
When we shopped for groceries this week, Bree got to pick out a new toy.  We just needed something fun an new to play with.  She LOVES the little tiny things.  Especially the Littlest Petshop toys.  They come with all kinds of accessories, and everything is very small.  We have to keep this stuff away from Elle, so it doesn't get eaten!!
Bree spent three afternoons this week, playing with the neighbor next door.  And yesterday, a couple of them came over to our backyard to play.  These pictures are crazy, because I was taking them out of my very dirty bedroom windows!  But the kids are having a blast, and Bree loves to play!  Now I know that I need to clean some windows.  I guess it's time to get out the ladder :)

Me and My Friends

The other day, while I was in the kitchen, I could hear Bree playing on the stairs.  When I looked over the banister, this is what I found.  Bree and her Friends, sitting on the stairs :)  She loves her dolls and stuffed animals.  She even has about 8 that sleep in her bed with her at night.  Mostly her dogs, and Wubbzie, Waldon, and Widget.  It's nice to have so many friends!

Sunday Fun

Well, it's been a few weeks, I'm not sure exactly how long, since I've seen my parents.  And I can't go too long without seeing them, or I have withdrawls.  So, I invited them to come down yesterday for some dinner.  And because my mom had promised to make dinner for my brother Cord and his family, they came along too.  It was so much fun.  The girls played outside riding bikes, and playing on the toys.  We had an awesome dinner, and sat around the kitchen table talking and laughing!  And then....my Sister Camber and her husband showed up out of the blue. Well, I guess they had talked to my parents, and knew we were having them over, but they surprised me by stopping by!  I just love hanging out with my family :)  It was so fun to talk, and laugh, and just hang out.  The food wasn't bad either.  After everyone left, I was thinking that I'd forgotten to take pictures of the adults.  But here are a few pictures of the kids playing.
