Party at the new house!

Tonight we hosted our first party at the new house. My whole family came over, except one brother and his family. My dad bought steaks for all of us, and we had an awesome BBQ. We have almost got the whole house put together now. Everything is hung on the walls and there are only a few boxes left in the basement to go through.

It stopped raining long enough for us to eat out on the deck, and play some baseball out in the back yard. There was a ton of food!


Uncle Doug, and my brother Cord, really got the little baseball game going. They played a lot longer than I thought they would. I video taped some of the game. And pretty soon, the adults were joining in too. Even my sister Camber who is due to have her baby in 3 months!

Chris and I were just enjoying all of the company :) I love being with family. I'm totally enjoying being so close to all of them! We've already gotten together a record number of times in the short 2&1/2 weeks we've lived here.



Eventually, it started to rain again. We finally had to pick up and move inside. But not after a great time out doors. And there was an awesome double rainbow that was just amazing!! Chris said it was a sign that we would never have water in our basement here :) ha..ha.. I'm pretty sure we won't anyway. What a great way to end an awesome weekend!
